Perthetic service as always

I am just so ****ed off with a company such as Alexander forbes. I have resigned from work on the 5th of April 2019, went into a family business to which i have inherented. Alexander forbes have been requested to release all monies that have been owed to me as i want to reinvest my funds with my bank. The funds during my employment a year back we have signed a section 14 asking for our funds to move ove to a reputable devision like A. F. on my last day at work all documents have been sent through for the release of my funds. No correspondence from A. F i have then contacted MIBCO and handed in my documents for the release of my funds, they advised a day later A.F have passed a section 14.hows that for trust. Then i have called in on countless occasion to Nonhlala Radebe to whom was so un helpful no sir we will ensure your problems will be solved etc.etc. I have been bull****ted over and over. My funds have been disinvested and reinvested with A. F in a banking way as we the public dont see what goes on behind the seens. Nonhlala Radebe then calls me on the 24 June 2019 and say to me it will take 10days for my funds to be paid out, in a very rude and arrogant tone. Listen A. F i am not your bin where you throw you garbage into. Pull out the recording on your agents last call to me. On the 3 July 2019 i have received another message regarding via mail from Kusha Naicker stating that if all goes well it will take them another 10-15 working days. The very same person have dis invested and x amount and when i have called him to follow-up on the balance he could not assist now suddenly he recovered the funds. On Nemours calls to your offices and not forgetting the voice prompt and the getting cut off. My experience with Alexander forbes was a perthetic one. It was on my previous employer that i feel they really made a bad choice by moving staff to this funds as we have got royally ******. Your administration is very poor not even user friendly apps.
