Pensionfund Claim

I submitted a claim on my ex-husband's medical pension fund. The last paperwork was send to Alexander Forbes via courier on the 16th of September 2014. They told me if all the paperwork were in order the claim would take about 6 weeks to complete and the money would be in my bank account by then. Up till this date I haven't received my money yet, after numerous enquiries.
