PENSIONERS BANK AND MEDICAL ACCOUNTS COMPROMISED BY INCOMPETENCE

Provident Fund Annuity stopped without discussion or contact by this "service provider" as a verification of existence has not been received by them. WHEN IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED!!!! Medical aid has now been compromised and for which payment was made by family. Borrowed money. Requested verification submitted two months ago, and still no payment or even acknowledgement much less any interest in getting the matter escalated or sorted. Alexander Forbes service and communication stinks. Putting pensioners at risk and costing money. I am sorry my husband ever invested with this company.
