Pension Withdrawal Nightmare
Trying to obtain my pension funds on retirement from this company is absolutely infuriating. they are too lazy to pick up a phone after months of battling and discuss with the customer. Instead, mails go to and fro between various parties and goes nowhere. Very very poor and I will not recommend AF to anyone.
