Pension withdrawal claim delayed on pirpose

I received the worst service from Alexander Forbes. They are not helpful and are arrogant to the core. After many enquiries they never responded to me, only to respond after more than 10 days and lie that my claim was submitted on the 19th of September 2024 whereas it was submitted on Septemer 4th 2024 along with my colleagues who has already received her payout.

They delayed purposely for what I don't know and yet they have the audacity to lie that my claim documents where only submitted on the 19th.

They are ridiculous and unfriendly towards their clients. The lady I spoke to by the name of Lerato was so arrogant towards me and couldn't wait to hang up on me.
