Pension Withdrawal

The most horrible experience I have ever had, the worst communication or feedback from a service provider. The most inconsistent reasoning as if they don't know what they are doing. Over 5x I have called to enquire the how far is process of my withdrawal, and every time you get a different reasoning, or should you label it as incompetence, or a total disregard to their client. Communication was sent that funds are transferred within 14-working days after they have received a Tax Directive. It has been 17-working days and no communication from AF. No sense of ownership or accountability. It is really appalling to get such service. And then you read that they have grown or increase profit since last year. Congratulation to them enjoying the benefits of our labor.
