Pension Suspended (Why post & not e-mail your certificate of existence form ***)

My mother's pension was suspended (Goldfields) as she did not complete her certificate of existence (which was never called for before). We were told it was posted twice. Who posts in this day & age? Submitted the certificate on 28th October 2026 & no payment yet. How is a pensioner suppose to survive while they wait? For Mrs TA Botha. Yes they had my e-mail address on record all along. Daughter: Bev Lees ***. ***.
