Dear Client Services<br> <br> I have been going back and forth with regards to my Webber Wentzel pension fund pay out. I have been assisted by Sultaana Shaik but with no success. When previously querying the status of the payout, I was advised that the payment will not be released due to outstanding tax submissions. The tax was submitted then followed up again. I was advised that the claim has been processed but I did not receive the funds. I have requested a proof of payment but I only received a letter as proof of payment. If there payment was indeed processed, I would like a bank confirmation so I can query it then with my bank. If you are 100% certain that the payment has been made, can you then send me a bank confirmation so I can follow up further with my bank. I will, in the meantime, get bank statements as proof that no payment was received during that period and forward it to the respective parties.
