Pension payout

I resigned at the end of June. I submitted all my documents in July and up till now have not received my money. These people sent messages to let me know that they have received all my documents and will be processing it, stating that it would take 4-6 weeks. When I followed up last month, they wanted updated proof of my banking details. Which they will process for another 4-6 weeks. Yesterday I phoned them and different people were telling me different things. I have to wait another 4-6 months. Today I got an email stating that I must submit proof of what I am owed when I've already submitted everything via HR at my previous job. The money they want to pay out is very little in comparison to what I signed for as it showed on paper. I feel like these people do not want to pay the people what is owed to them. Of course there will be tax deduction but the lack of communication from their side is pathetic. Their service is below par!
