Pension payout claim

I have yet to experience a follow up call on a pension fund payout that lasted less that 20+ minutes.....all waiting for someone that put you on hold to get back to you! One would think that retirement funds are their business and assisting pensioners to get their funds reinvested and paid out. They have absolutely no concern about your situation in being able to pay your bills when you retire! I get the same reply week after week that NO PROGRESS was made with my claim! What an absolute useless business!
