Pension payout

As per previous post on hellopeter , my husband received an email stating that an agent was working on his case and he should get feedback withing 4 days . The problem has still not been solved , they ignore all his emails . It's been well over months and still no pension payout . I certainly an disgusted by this company and will definitely have my l lawyer work on this case and seeing by how many people have had similar experiences on this page .perhaps the company should be shut down .
