Pension Pay Out

How long should a person wait for his pension fund pay out, this is my 3months third month waiting for my pension pay out, Alexander forbes does not even have the decency to send an sms to advise if the is anything wrong with the claim , when u finaly decides to call them they give false answers. I was promised by Alexander Call Center that I would have my pay out within six weeks of leaving my employer till today im still waiting. I have contacted the call center several times but no one seems to know what they doing in there . I need answers I need my money please!
