pension money payout for my late sister's children.

my name is seithati ramollo ,my sister passed on in December 2018 and she was working for national health laboratories and her pension fund is with Alexandra phoebes my family got the forms and every beneficiary filled the forms and they were emailed back to Alexandra phoebes and our case was handled by a lady called jeaneth Masibigiri,she mostly communicated with my brother and we finally submitted everything they required and we still haven't received any payout from them.

my brother called them at the beginning of this year and they told him that one of the beneficiaries was about to get a huge payout and that person was my late sister's boyfriend ,they told him that he **** and said the kids are his and that he is taking care of them of which its a lie because the kids stay with my mom and they are being taken care of by my family and its a struggle for them because they were used to have almost everything when their mother was still alive . The boyfriend has never even came to see the kids since we buried their mother .

Alexandra phoebes said they are going to start the claim from the beginning because of the misunderstanding with my sister's boyfriend but it has been 3 months since they said they will sort it out. we just need them to pay because the kids are struggling as we are unable to provide everything they need and yet their mother's money is held up and we have no idea why
