Pension money delays :No feedback

My brother Smanga Dlamini (former Tiger Brands employee )passed last year July . As family we have been supporting his children by contributing cash to my sister in law to help .It has been tough.. Months have gone by ..still no money. Janet Moonsamy is the consultant I have been dealing with . At this point she no longer responds to my emails.. She advised that the money was paid into the company acc.. documents submitted to the beneficiary department since 21 August 2023..no feedback.
