Pension lost
I have completed forms to move my pension fund from my previous employer to the current. AF has lost my money because it hasn't been moved as requested, and my old account doesn't show on their website. Their complains department is useless at updating me. They seldom respond to my follow up emails.

She has called me and explained everything telephonically and also confirmed via email with the dates of when my issues will be resolved. I appreciate such level of service and customer care instead of the other guys who would just ignore my emails and pass the buck.
