Pension have not been paid in and Alexander Forbes is playing for time

its the worst service ever experienced. Since 08h00 this morning till 12h09 i am trying to get hold of someone in the Pensioner department to assist me. The lady that took my call at 08h59 have put me on hold for 20 minutes and my phone was cut due to airtime that is finished. I again recharged and phoned back and still since then my call is cut every time. When i just phoned in now again at 12h00 the voicemail is that employees left for training but its lunch and the voicemail just get cut off Pension have not been paid in and Alexander Forbes is playing for time
