Pension Fund withdrawal DELAY
Why is it rocket science for Alexander Forbes to release a provident withdrawal? There's no communication from them whatsoever. You call weekly and get the same story, if you're lucky. Tax directive was done and I am waiting more than 14 working days for payment to be effected. Guys this is really demoralizing! I have been waiting since October 2023. It is now February 2024.
