Pension Fund Withdrawal

For the past 3 weeks, I've been calling Alexander Forbes with regards to my withdrawal and none of their call center agents have a clue how to assist. All I want is to know is the progress of my application and when my funds will be paid to me. Instead, all they do is leave me on hold, and when they return, they have no answers and insist they will call me back.

No call backs or no feedback whatsoever. A tax directive from SARS was sent to them 34 weeks ago but my funds have not been released

I'm flabbergasted and disappointed with this atrocious customer service or lack thereof. I have lost respect for this company
