Pension Fund Transfer/Pay Out

After waiting 4 months for my pension fund to be paid out and have to continuously work thru there useless call center, I need to find out that a small portion I requested to be paid out to me, will now be heavily taxed (Nobody at Alexander Forbes had the courtesy to advise me that the tax amount will come of the payment to me and not split between the amount being transferred and the amount being paid out). Even when I asked them to to cancel the Tax Directive and to pay the fund out to me did they refuse. Definitely the worst financial company I have dealt with in my life. One of those companies that shatters dreams.
