Pension Fund Transer

<p>My Pension Fund withdrawal documents were submitted by my previous employer on the 2nd of February yet till today i have not received any notification from Forbes. I've sent emails to Lezle van Wyk 2 weeks ago and to Karen Cloete this week and both have not rep****. I phoned the call center on March 13 and spoke to Faranani Raphunga who told me that my documents went processed as the was nothing on the system. I sent her my documents and she forwarded them to the fund admin . Can someone please help shed some light on this. How long does it take for claims to be processed, as it's been 6 weeks and I havent received a ref number or acknowledgment to say that you guys are working on this or something.</p> <p> </p>
