Pension Fund still not paid out

<p>My mother has been waiting since December for her pension to be paid out. All documentation was recieved and acknowledged and confirmed to be in order already in december. She has on numerous occasions recieved smses from yourselves stating the payment has been authorised and released and will reflect within 5 working days, and as yet still nothing. She calls once a week and is told that here has been a delay but the system shows payment has been released and will reflect within 5 working days. This is the story every week. From every consultant she speaks to. She has had to go into a bank and get new confirmation of account letters because you are delaying and then say the one she submitted in december is now to old and you need a new one. What is going on here. Why can the client not recieve a honest answer and why is the client told over and over again that they will be paid within 5 days and then 6 months later, still nothing. This is pathetic service and also alarming as the people who have these funds need the money. They can not wait years for these payouts. How should they live without their funds. The calls are costing her a fortune and the stress of having to constantly chase after yourselves in hopes that at some point one of you will give her an honest answer are taking their toll. Get your act together before I contact the Oumbadsman regarding this situation.</p>
