after weeks of experiencing horrible service I would like to state that I finally got assisted by a Consultant by the name of Kabelo Moeng and her Senior Mr. Jack Matlou. they both set standards and an example of what customer Service is , they provided updates regarding the matter at hand and how long will it take for the resolution and delivered on their promise . they deserve more than just acknowledgement but appreciation from the Alex Forbes because I felt that the company's personnel was failing me time and time again with a lack of assistance and customer service was poor . thank you once again Mr. Matlou and Ms Moeng you are amazing at what you do.
