Pension Fund Payout Late/Delayed

I had worked for a company Gascon ADO Southey Group until the 30.06.2015. Claim forms submitted by company was 24.08.15. I called AF 27.08.15 to state that the withdrawal date is incorrect should be 31.07.15 not 24.08.15. I had contacted lawyers to liase regarding my query/complaint. Received sms 11.09.15 that process will start . Was ensured 15.08.15 that payment would be made 18.09.15. called AF 17.09.15 at 11:45am no change on the system regarding the withdrawal date. Received a call from Tinyiko on 17.09.20 at 13.07pm changes made and that payment would be made latest 23.09.2015. Called Tinyiko 22.09.2015 to check if payment would be made and was told that it has been authorised 21.09.2015 and that it would take 2-3 days to reflect. Called the call center at 8:30 23.09.15 and was told that payment was only done 22.09.15 and the latest date of payment would be 28.09.15 as we have a public holiday 24.09.15. This is totally unacceptable as it is one excuse after the other, no fault of mine but now I have to be penalised. I'm struggling to find employment and have had no income for 2 months and was counting on payment to pay debts.
