Pension Fund Payout Frustrations!

I am currently an extremely frustrated customer of Alexander Forbes Financial services. I resigned from my previous employer in July 2016 and my last working day was the 24th of August 2016. On the 16th August 2016, I received an sms from Alexander Forbes informing me that they have received my claim. The sms also stated that my payout will be made 6 weeks after the receipt of all my claim forms and last contribution. Betweeen the 1st and the 26th of September, I called Alexander Formes numerous times asking about my claim. The answer has 1st been that the last contribution from my previous employer will be received between the 7 and the 20th of September. On the 20th of September when I called, after several attempts, they told me that they have received my last contribution and they will allocate it and that they will keep me updated by sms on the progress. I haven't received any sms and I have been caling them. To this day, after calling the,m almost daily, some operators say that they are still awating my last contribution and one told me today (29/09/2016) that they have received my last contribution from my previous employer and they are still WAITING to allocate it. More than a month after my last working day at my previous employer, the funds haven't been allocated yet. I wonder how much interest they have gained in that period while I anxiously wait. This is a pathetic service and it needs the correct review. I see that I'm not the only one to complain about this. I need my money urgently. Can someone please advice me on what to do in this respect? This has been incredibly frustrating!

This is incredibly frustrating though. Does anyone understand this? Whenever you call, they can only have an answer for you in 24 - 48 hours. I have proof that my previous employer submitted everything to Alexander Forbes on the 19th of August and have given them instructions to pay me out. To date, I haven't receved an sms saying when Alexander Forbes is going to make a payment. I have called them and a very friendly lady by the name of Mpho did give me some satisfactory answers. I am however very, very unhappy that I have to wait for another 4 - 6 weeks starting from a date I do not know yet, it will possibly be another 24 - 48 hours after the day I call them. Even if it is in December maybe?
