pension fund payout

<p>My name is Christopher Hannie.I am disappointed in the level of Service I received from Alexander Forbes. My documentation for my pension fund payout was send through successful by my previous employer on 11 April 2016. Ever since that time I did not receive a sms or emai. Ended up doing all phone calls which cost alot of my cell phone airtime been wasted. Been told you waiting on my last contribution from my previous employer. Contacted my previous employer and were informed the last contribution has been paid. Logged a complained and receive ref number 222168 and were told it was never allocated. Called yesterday and consultant said the tax derivative has been received from Sars and now I must wait again another 7 to 14 working days which are totally unacceptable. I want this matter to be esclated and be treated highly urgent as I need my money to paid into my account ASAP.</p>
