pension fund payout

<p>I've resigned 2 months ago and I haven't received my pension fund yet from Alexander Forbes which as per Cashbuild payroll administrator Kevin Brown it was supposed to be paid within 6 weeks after resignation. </p> <p>Upon follow up with Alexander Forbes Khanyisile Hlatshwayo said they are still waiting for a settlement letter from Absa pension powered home loans in order to settle that account before they , aka a payout to me, which is clearly understandable.</p> <p>What I want to know is that, is Alexander Forbes not eligible to make follow ups? Do they only send requests and wait until Jesus comes for things to happen.How long am I supposed to starve until they make that payout This is really an unacceptable way of treating their clients. </p>
