Pension Fund Not Paid

Very Bad Service. I made a claim on my pension fund on the 31 August, until this day it has not been paid. 8 Weeks after my claim I called to get an update, only then did they tell me that they needed more documentation. I then provided these documents, but to this day I have not been payed. I call on a daily basis now to find out whats happening, and the only response I get is that they will contact me before the close of business. But I never receive that call. I've even logged a complain but still, nothing.

I'm very disappointed. Worst Service ever.
