Pension fund lump sum never paid,
After months of requesting what happened to a lump sum on my pension for what I received a IT3, had to declare the income and pay a penalty at SARS, I still go net get any answers on my e-mails.
On a telephone call it was confirmed that the lump sum was never paid out and from there I just do not get any response from any one,
Worst ever company

I do receive a lot of feedback, however it make no sense to me, only mentions IT 3's and article 14...
and SARS.
SARS is not my problem, I sorted it myself at SARS just to be able to complete the tax returns.
No answer as to what happened to my funds.
They do not even answer why it is taking 3 years and still no one can tell me what is going on.
Now there not only two tax directives - now it is 3???
