Pension Fund Investment growing in a minus !!

To whom this may concern It appears that there has been a significant error made by my pension holdings. After several communication trails between myself and the trustees of AF no success as to why my pension fund seems to be growing in the minus. It came to my attention that even we are 100% Coronation no one at AF can explain to me what exactly it means and how my pension fund is not growing as expected. This seems to me that AF is not sure as to what they are doing with our pension fund monies. AF though it through to send us someone from AF to come to our offices and explain to us the fund and how the investment work. That was very disappointing as the representative that approached us had no answer and were unaware of the problems that we are currently experience. This was a shock because you would think that this is the reason that this person is at our office. I cannot help to feel that AF is not doing what they are suppose to do with our monies which is invest and this is bringing up a lot of concerns. AF is showing signs of *********** and unprofessional. For more then 5 year investing in them and they have no answers is terrifying. This only means that I will have to invest somewhere ells to ensure that my retirement will not fall short. Because we are with the council we cannot move our monies as long as we are employed at the council. This means that I will keep on losing money. I do hope that AF will see the problems that they have and that it is time to provide us with a proper solution and answers. I do believe that when a representative is send to a firm that person should be able to answer questions and up to date with all problems, not just reading from a slide show. That does not help. Please understand my frustration and try to be helpful.
