Pension fund

As per previous email again , my husband has been told that they only received an application of claim as of the 26th of November 2019 so they will make sure that payment is made no later than the 20th of December 2019 . Once again they have failed to see that the 26 of November was actually the second claim application done as they did not respond to the first one done on the 25th of October 2019 *** . So is this just another way of them giving us a sad sob story just so they can buy more time and not pay out . I would never recommend this company to anyone or company . People are running around for their own money !! Pay out the money you owe Alexander forbes or are you liquidating and not telling your clients if that isnt the case then what the hell is wrong with your company . This money better be paid out by friday the 20th of December 2019 as promised or I will personally come down there with a lawyer ! It is not about how much of money it is, it is about the principle of doing as promised! Money should have been paid out long ago . I will spend money to put your company in place so that no one else has to go through this, so decide whether you are paying out or a law suit!
