Pension fund enquiry

I have claimed on my Alex Forbes pension fund on 11 July 2021, since then I was told every week the pay out would be made however I have received nothing as yet, when I called them to enquire what's the delay, they've me 2 peoples names that under my policy of which I had no relation or account of. Candice who's address is on my policy and Jaylin Hill Stuurman who's ID number and banking details is listed on my policy. I requested the reasons for this occurrence none was provided. I have contacted the CCMA and department of Labour as well as my lawyer Rehana Khan Parker as this is a breach of basic compliance in our country the POPI act as they disclosed this Information on email and telephonically on a recorded line. they have given me bo feedback as yet or a clear reason why I haven't received my payout for the last 18 months yet.

Ive spoke to operational consultant Kesley Hendricks, team leader Gladys Nstoane, floor manager Bryan Setoaba. I even went as far as emailing their CEO Dawie De Villiers and I got no feedback.

My main concern now isn't the money anymore on my personal information that's vulnerable at the moment. I have 2 other RA policies with them as well and this is to secure my life once I retire what will happen when I have to retire is there still funds to do so, will I even have a policies with them.
