Pension fund delayed since August 2020 till now

I am writing this because I am furious with bad service at Alexander Forbes my husband was retrenched in August 2020 and the claim was submitted by his company,since we've been waiting for Alexander Forbes at Sandton to pay.when we call the the phones just rings no answer,I told my husband to go straight to the offices to enquire about his money and he went to them several times they keep on promising him that the money will be paid within 3 days .but still the money has not yet been paid.He spoke to the manager by the name of Jackson and he promised to pay and he even called us and tell us that the money had been paid we wait for it but even now the money has not been paid ,my husband went again to enquire about his money he found that Jackson was not on duty and he Spoke to another manager by the name of Tracy who promised to sort out the matter as soon as possible but still there is no money ,my husband is not well he needs to buy some medication and we have a 8 month child that need support really we are very angry with the customer service we get at Alexander Forbes can u please assist before we take legal action against the company
