Pension fund delay

<p>I received an sms first week of July to say my claim will take 4 to 6 weeks. Then on the 15 july they said the contriburions will only be allocated between 15 and 21 july. After that I phoned they said they are waiting for sars that takes 21 days. Last week they said my employer never paid the last allocation. Today they say the employers contribution will only be allocated by the 21 August. I do believe they are delaying on purpose. I worked for 3 years they only paying out a years contributions. My previous employer says that is not on their instruction. They are putting no effort into getting this resolvedASAP and have a different story every time Iphone. </p>
