Pension fund claim

I resigned from the company that i was working for first week of January. I completed claim forms with company and the forms were submitted early February by HR personnel. I'm still waiting for my claim even now and when i call Alexander Forbes they keep on saying they didn't received my forms whilst the forms were sent long time ago. HR personnel resent the forms on the 17th of March to *** and ***. These two people never auctioned the forms as suppose to. I writhing this review because I'm frustrated to the core with no help. Alexander Forbes personnel don't take their clients serious and they are not helpful at all. When you call switchboard they keep on saying that they can't transfer my call to these two personnel because their in the back office.

I would encourage people to never do Business with Alexander Forbes because their claiming procedure isn't appealing. I'm so frustrated and angry at the same time because I need that money to survive whilst looking for another job. Today i call they say they are still waiting for signatory somebody to athourise the forms but I had to call for them to inform me that. After almost 6 weeks they tell me now that they are waiting for signature. Alexander Forbes is so unprofessional and very inconsiderate to their clients
