pension fund claim

I worked for Takealot as I had to get away from that company and is gone since August 2015 and is still waiting for my pension fund money and is now the 22nd of December and I haven't worked since and haven't had any real income and as I have accounts to pay and is arrears since September I was taken to court in june for the first timeJune 2015 for maintenance and as the child is 3years old and I was until now the only one working for the child and not the mother but now the court order is what is the hold up as they looking for a final maintenance order for me to get my money because they are looking for a balance to deduct from my own pension money.....I mentioned to Alexander forbes that I pay maintenance since the child was born and never skipped any payments but they can't seem to get done with my claim so I can get my money and I have a family off 10 people in my house and I was the bread winner and I have a baby from a year old and I can't provide for my family because off their hold up I have been sending mails and making calls and is been lending money for doing that and can't cope any more and is fed up now I had enough and is worried sick from all the stress.LorenzoBrink
