Worse customer service ever, you get told 1 thing but they do something else. This is the second time I have such a terrible experience. Why every time a person wants to withdraw their money there are issues. They take months on end to sort out an issue. You get given the run around from this person to the next person. This company is so not professional and play games with people . We can’t run up and down for our own money like you doing us a favor. Open up a policy and they are so good to you but want to take out your money and you see how they operate. I would never recommend them to anyone.
