Pension fund

Good day im having so many problems with my pension fund I've worked for cpoa for 4 years they moved us to a new company western province caters we were moved over as a 197 transfer we never recieved any pension fund when moving to the new company ... I got fired the 2July 2020 i recieved my withdraw forms from cpoa for my pension fund after numrous calls to the hr from cpoa they submitted my withdraw forms to Alexander Forbes... I contact Hr again about any update of my pension fund from Alexander Forbes she always have some story from they waiting on Alexander Forbes they having problems with them etc ALWAYS SHE MAKING EXCUSES I contact Alexander Forbes yesterday to ask when I'm getting my pension fund see that I'm waiting on September and it's 3 months I'm waiting then they told me they waiting on they headoffice for payment date then boom ur call been cut off ....remember I email Alexander Forbes I contact Alexander Forbes yesterday I phone to hr from cpoa everytime it's excuse I really dont know what to do anymore always excuse sending u from this corner to another pls help I'm a single mom and i got 2 kids that needs alot it's almost school and i need my money our own money we get the run around
