Pension fund

My last day at work was the 30th an was told pension fund Wil b processed from my last day. I have been making follow up but I get very vague respond by saying we recieved ur claim our Sla is 4 - 6 week. I'm aware but I was jst asking if anything needed because I had same problem with the savings withdrawal ladt year were they kept quiet only to find they needed marriage certificate an I only knew after the Sla allocated. Next week Tuesday is 4 weeks. There's no movement or anything on my claim. I'm in the dark. I moved my debit orders but looks like my money will still not be in.
