Pension claim payout rejected by bank.. Why?

I've spent more than R200 airtime calling to make sure everything is up to date for my pension fund withdrawal I was told tax directive received I must expect my money, now a text message that my payment was automat rejected by bank which bank? The one been receiving my salary for the past 5yrs? I call my employer confirmed all documents were submitted, reading through the reviews I can see it your game of delaying payment with this text as almost every person who claim with you got the same issue... Kindly deposit my MONEY as Ive confirmed and told everything it up to date
