Pension Claim Not Proccessed

Since June 2018, I have been making countless calls and sending email to Alexander Frobes regarding my Pension Claim that was not paid in full. I was requested to full out new forms which I did and submitted, It has been almost a year now still waiting for response to Alexandra Forbes.
