Pension claim joke

I claimed my pension fund. They said it should take about 4 weeks for payment to be made. After 4 weeks I received the first payment but nobody working there can tell me how long it will take to get the larger amount. They just say via email that they are waiting for it but that's not acceptable as it is my money and I can't even get a answer on when I will get it there was no communication that the second payment can take this long they just decide that on my behalf it is totally ridiculous.
