pension claim

I'm so so fedup with keeping on contacting alexander forbes regarding my claim, 10 day waiting period of theirs i dont even wana mention it , i was told my money will be paid on 19th February 2015 and since i'm behind with my Bond I gave them this date to debit , for goodness sake this money is not being paid, what annoys me the most the two ladies who has been dealing with my claim decided to ignore all my e-mails , you tell me of thats the way to handle business, I'm very very mad rght now
