Payout taking too long

<p>I have been expecting my provident fund payout last week and I have been told that my account is incorrect and I have then resent my id copy and banking details again, of which I was told I must wait another 7days. I have a problem with this 7 days waiting period and I want to know why I must wait for another 7 days because this was not explained properly, I like straightforward things .....</p>
