Payout not received from this useless company...

I resigned from work end of October 2020 I then submitted all documents called end of November I was told that they didn't get a copy of my ID send it again then they said I must wait for 4 weeks, called again the beginning of January and I get the same nonsense story that I must wait again for 6weeks the consultant are so clueless and useless they either drop the phone or don't give any service, can I get a competent person to assist me cause I can't wait any longer for my payout as it has been 2 months already. Alexander forbes is just a useless company
