Payout not processed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am getting at Alex Forbes in regards to my claim, on the 9th of June I received an email that payment will be received with 5-10 working days so I decided to make a follow up on the 22nd and I was advised there is docs outstanding of which I did not receive any communication advising of this. The information was then sent ont the 22nd at 10am I then called today to follow up only to be told my information has not yet been verified

I spoke to Innocent Ramabisa who told me he is not sure when payment will be processed I then lodged a complaint and spoke to Melanie who did not sound willing to assist me and did not get my matter resolved

I need this payment made today please you received all the information you needed from me
