Payout not concluded

Your service Is really pathetic this claim was submitted in July 2019…We waited already 4 Months. Secondly I am no longer employed at the previous company which pay out was supposed to be 4-6 weeks then you have the nerve to tell us the pay out will only happen in 60 working days get your act together and make sure payment is done on 2019-11/12. As per consultant

When the claim was submitted no one advised any of us of any documents outstanding or email not even a sms . We eventually had to figure I out when my payment was due in October 2019 and did not reflect. I will not tolerate this pathetic behavior and incompetence of this fund . I will take this matter further I’m really tired of your Bull.

Who can I escalate this matter to ?

I was told in Tuesday 2019-11-05 at 13:31pm by you consultant Zenzeli 3-5 working days since we haven’t gotten any confirmation. Then this email states otherwise i had just received. I need to speak to someone who is going to take head and hear this ******* you are up to at that Call center and admin department.

Where is the transparency and honesty is this how you treat your clients I know now where your values lie.. I must state that your firm has no integrity and does not put the customer first and you do lack transparency when it comes to us.

This money is to be paid as per consultant Zenzeli 3-5 working days. Expectation is for 2019-11-12 this money should be reflecting as per phone call in my account.

I really need urgent attention on this matter this is ridiculous really .
