Payment was apparently made

After I was told by Sandiso Dekile of JDGroup that there was an amount of R300+ in the Provident fund I had with them as an employee of Barnetts, I was told that payment was made to me and when I requested for a proof of payment Charl Viljoen of Alexander Forbes sent us a document that shows: Payee Name, Payment Method, Authorisation Date and Amount. So my question to AForbes is
