Payment rejected no idea why??

Just wanted to share my experience with regards to a payment being rejected from Alexander Forbes. My pension payout keeps being rejected from the 5th march 2019 for some reason that nobody at AF can explain. It apparently has something to do with the name on my bank account which by the way is correct as per my id (found that out after 4 visits to my bank over 2 days) I was requested by the AF call centre to go into my bank and get a letter stating my name, id no. and account details, this was done on Monday the 11th March and sent to AF at the same time. For some unknown reason the payment is still being rejected (name not validated). I have sent numerous mails and called about what the problem could be and nobody at AF is able to tell me exactly what it is. I did not expect this kind of service from a huge company such as Alexander Forbes. Surely there should be some kind of way to bypass their system especially if all valid documents was submitted and the people at AF can see it is legit.
