Payment problem from Alexnder Forbes

Warm regards, With Alexnder Fordes, I'm experiencing issues.They started to repaying me in August 2023 when I asked for payment in 2020. I subsequently provided them with access to all of my payment records. Nothing has been done in response to my request till today, based on our chat. During that chat, I also informed them about the child's current school fees and the cost of transportation. I don't know what is happening at the institution. I received a note from the school informing me that I they had not received the school fees . since I haven't given up hope that they will pay . They have not made the payments of school fees of the current school since July when l gave them all the school accounts detals today the child is owing October fees and school transport. What more can I do to make them pay ? is what I would like to know. The purpose of the fund is education why l am supposed to struggle for them to pay. i send so many emails but l not getting response. .
