Payment issues
Alex Forbes pension fund agents as been giving me a run around with my pension fund withdrawal claim. It's a new story every day with promises that they can not keep.
Collin promised me a call back by 12 o'clock on the 23rd, I ended up phoning back as he failed to keep his promise.
I manage to speak to him as he was going to follow up on my payment with the pension fund adminitstrator, he promised that he will phone be back before 16h00 that afternoon, it's 3 days later I never received a call.
They are refusing to forward me a benefit statement, WHO 'S MONEY IS THIS?
There is never a manager available to escalate matters to.
Worst service ever!!!!!!?
